This week was good. Paul and I both worked. We were psyched about the stimulus check this week.

I got to try some new recipes this week, which was fun. I haven't cooked much lately, so it was good to get back at it a little bit.

This week was the first week I just worked Monday to Wednesday. I think I'm a fan! Thursday I sewed some pineapples on my jeans with the pattern Wendy sent me. They turned out pretty good considering it was the first time I put something on clothes. Later, I hopped onto Facebook to check out Wendy's Usborne books party. I hadn't heard of the books before and was impressed with their variety and quality. I was showing Paul the books as they went through them on the video and he told me his favorites from growing up. We don't have any little people but got a couple books from the older section that Paul remembered liking. I'm excited to see them close up!

Friday I embroidered two shirts for Paul and myself. I put the design a little low on Paul's shirt, so we added a quote from a Carpenters song. It made all the difference! And looks awesome now. I snagged the fabric on the one for me and tried to put a little patch on it. It's good to practice.

Sunday we went to the canyon for a little stroll. We're glad it is starting to warm up.

Hope you are all well. Love you!
